Corporate network management is a cornerstone of our business. Customers are offered a comprehensive management through outsourcing where we take complete charge of the operation of the network, servers and client stations. In case of newly built networks or servers the situation is simple and this service is offered automatically.

We also offer management of already functional networks. Before taking over the network an audit needs to be carried out in order to ascertain current state of the network and its equipment. In case that imperfections are detected (in terms of safety or capacity), the customer is proposed a remedial solution. Performing safety audit on all corporate servers is also of great importance. Firstly, for accurate understanding of how the given system works to enable correct and timely intervention in emergency. Secondly, to eliminate all safety risks and to deny former administrator access to the system.

Our monitoring applications are then installed to the prepared system to enable 7/24 monitoring thereof and prevention of potential collisions. Most interventions on both servers and client stations are performed remotely via Internet from our service center. Therefore, customers are offered immediate solution to their problem and at the same time they save money by not having to pay for intervention.

To facilitate communication between customer’s end users and our technicians the on-line client support has been established where users can file their requests for service interventions. Users have an accurate overview of their requests and see by whom, when and how these are dealt with.

The price for these services is charged in a monthly fixed fee for the client’s network management and supervision. Work carried out beyond this scope is charged in hourly fee for technician’s work (standard or express) or contingent intervention, if the problem cannot be solved remotely. The actual price is calculated based on the network size and number and type of servers used.
